Jet Washing

Tunfield offer jet washing services for all your communal areas.  It is just as important to maintain the outside spaces, as it is the internal ones.  Not only do these areas impact people’s first impression of your property, but all too often we see that lack of maintenance can result in slippery surfaces and incidents of tenants/visitors falling over. 

 

At Tunfield, we use the Mosmatic Surface Cleaner.  This cleaner incorporates a high RPM Swivel, with reinforced stainless steel ball bearings and dual spring-based carbide seals for operation under tough conditions.  This is a high specification rotary cleaner, which allows the contaminated water to be removed from the floor surface and collected for disposal.
